Do you run a website or -service and have you ever considered adding an SSL certificate to encrypt the traffic from and to your server/host? Many people would probably like to do this but don’t because they do not want to pay the price of SSL certificates, or maybe they think configuring their services to use a certificate is difficult.

Enter Let’s Encrypt, a young Certificate Authority whose goal is to remove both of these hurdles. They are currently in limited beta, but are planning to go fully public soon. If you haven’t heard of them yet, go check them out!
